LEV Extraction Installation & Service Engineer
Salary ranging from £22,000 – £26,000 (up to £28K OTE) depending on experience.
Hours of work are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Overtime is paid with extra for weekend work and subsistence paid for working away.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dust and fume (LEV) engineer to join our team. A great career and room for progression for the right candidate.
We are a small company looking for someone with a meticulous attention to detail, who is keen to work hard within the team and has a good understanding of mechanical engineering with a “can do” attitude.
You must be willing to take on responsibility to lead and set an example to other engineers on site, working closely with the Engineering Director to successfully complete work to a high standard.
The role will involve various on-site service and installation work throughout the UK but mainly in the North West.
We also carry out refurbishment of extraction equipment at our St Helens workshop, so there is a good balance of in-house and on-site work.
It is a varied job which is both rewarding and interesting. You will see through projects right from design to installation and commissioning.
The job would suit a time served LEV engineer with experience of duct fitting, and a good understanding of dust and fume extraction principles with a P601 qualification and knowledge of electrics being a bonus.
A driving license is essential and any other powered access, FLT, CSCS cards would be beneficial, but not necessary.
